Terms and Conditions

Please note that pet hair, sand, moss, mould, human extraction aka sick or blood, as well as any faeces etc; will require an extra charge if booked in for a regular valet. Please note that a deep clean/higher package may be necessary.

If we turn up to a job and things like any of the above have not been mentioned prior to booking we may not be able to complete the job on the day, due to other bookings already scheduled in. Please for both parties be clear and honest about what's in the car when booking - we can work with you if we know about things.

Any sharp or explosive objects aka knives, blades, needles, or loaded gun cartridges may result in a job cancellation and full payment required from your behalf due to the potential of harm. We value our safety and hope you do too.

We politely ask you to remove all car seats, personal belongings and rubbish out of the vehicle. If there are car seats fitted within the car we will remove them but not fit them back. It is then your responsibility to make sure the child seat is fitted securely in case the event of an accident, thank you.

In the event of a cancellation you will be required to pay 50% of the total bill if not done so within 24 hours. We completely understand things crop up, accidents happen, and things can't always go as planned! So if you find yourself in a position where you wont be able to make your appointment, please get in touch providing as much notice as possible- we are all human, things can be rescheduled just please don't leave us hanging and waiting communication is key!
